Gluten Free Breadmaking Introduction
Hand to Ground will be running a Gluten Free Bread Making Workshop here at the centre!
In this introductory workshop you will learn the art of making wholesome gluten free bread for yourself at home – including gluten free sourdough, artisan hand-shaped breads, hot cross buns, pizza dough and more.
You will take home a jar of sourdough starter, a copy of their recipe book “The Art of Gluten Free Baking” and your delicious freshly baked goods.
Date: Saturday, May 19th
Time: 12:30pm – 4:30pm
Cost: $80 per person.
You will need to bring an apron and a clean glass jar with a lid (for taking starter home) with you.
