These classes focus on physical strength, core and emotional wellbeing which opens the heart and increases heart rate.

Vinyasa Yoga effectively reduces stress levels, burns calories, tones & strengthens muscles as well as increasing flexibility.

Morning Class

Start Date – Mondays from 4th February, 2019

Time – 9.30am to 10.45am

(No class Monday 11th March)
Evening Class

Start Date – Wednesdays from 30th January, 2019

Time – 6.45pm to 8pm

Cost $15 casual per class.  Bookings not required.

Cash only on the day, no EFTPOS facilities

Please bring along your own yoga mat or you can borrow one from Karina.  Class is located in the Portable at rear of main Centre, 34 Mollison Street Kyneton.

Your teacher

Karina Reed from KYoga is a Woodend based Yoga Teacher who has been practicing yoga since 2011.

Following a very successful career in real-estate, Karina relocated to Vietnam to pursue her passion for yoga. It was in Vietnam that Karina gained her formal qualifications as a Yoga Teacher.

Karina practiced, specialised and taught Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Basic to ex-pat communities, travellers and hotel guests in the beautiful ancient city of Hoi An and the magical tropical island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam.

Karina also practiced and gained further experience in China, Malaysia and Cambodia. Since returning to Australia she has taught in Moama NSW, Woodend, Melbourne and Bendigo.

Karina’s classes focus on physical strength, core and emotional wellbeing, opening the heart and increasing the heart rate, which is why she loves teaching Vinyasa.
